27 agapētós (a verbal adjective, derived from 26/agápē, "love") – properly, divinely-loved; beloved ("loved by God"), describing the personal experience of knowing God's "agapē-love." Accordingly, K. Wuest helpfully translates27 (agapētós) as "divinely-loved-ones." |
