HELPS Lexicon excerpt

2222 zōēlife (physical and spiritual).  All human life (2222/zōē), and all creation, is derived.  None is "self-standing," all comes from (is sustained by) God's self-existent life.  The Lord intimately shares His gift of life with people – creating each in His image which endows them with the capacity to know His eternal life.
