HELPS Lexicon excerpt

1540 hekatón – one hundred.  In Scripture, one hundred (1540/hekatón) can be strictly literal (Mk 6:40; Jn 19:39; Ac 1:15), or have symbolic meaning as well (Mt 18:12; Rev 7:4, 14:1,3, 21:17).  When symbolic, one hundred (102) emphatically means "fully inclusive" (totally comprehensive).
