1522 eisakoúō (from 1519/eis, "into, unto" and 191/akoúō, "hear") – properly, hear into (unto), i.e. deeply heard; to listen intently ("intentionally, deeply") to grasp how a statement extends to its purpose or result (note the force of the prefix,1519/eis).
