1176 dékaten.  The number "ten" is commonly used in Scripture with symbolic (as well as literal) meaning, i.e. with double entendre (conveying both levels of meaning at once).  Figuratively, "ten" represents the whole, like the ten Commandments which signify the entirety of God's moral law.
